About the Job
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in our Bundaberg office. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating and performing daily administration tasks.
* Meet and greet clients, handle phone and email inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service support to our team.
* Conduct general administration duties, including filing, records management, and providing administrative support to our local team.
* Manage petty cash, corporate cards, and reconcile accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong track record of experience in administration roles
* An ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in computer software and database systems (desired)
* A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist with obtaining these)
