What you'll be doing:
* Provide person-centered support to clients, including assistance with personal care, manual handling, and managing challenging behaviours .
* Assist clients to attend appointments and engage in community activities .
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion .
* Work collaboratively within a respectful, caring team .

What We're Looking For:
* Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability for various shifts, including sleepovers
* Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health is highly regarded
