In this fast-paced role, you'll manage schedules, coordinate with suppliers, track samples, and help bring new products to life, gaining hands-on experience in buying while supporting the team that creates products that keep our customers coming back.

As our Buying team continues to grow, we're looking for a Assistant Buyer to support our Buyers and build the foundations of a long-term buying career.
About the Role
Reporting to a Buyer, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support while gaining exposure to the end-to-end buying process. This role is designed to develop your buying capability and support future progression within the buying function.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support the Buyer across the full buying cycle
* Manage elements of the seasonal buying critical path
* Assist with trend research, product development and ranging
* Prepare range reviews and maintain accurate SKU costing
* Track orders, samples and shipments to meet timelines
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
* General administration and ad hoc support
About You
* Minimum 18 months' experience as a Assistant Buyer/Buying Assistant or similar
* Strong interest in buying, product and retail (bags/accessories/fashion preferred)
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
* Confident using Excel and Word with strong numerical accuracy
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, confident, creative and eager to learn
