Our organisation is dedicated to enhancing healthcare access in rural, remote, and indigenous communities. For over 30 years, we've made a positive impact through clinical innovation and person-centred therapy.
We offer an innovative New Graduate program that focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and provides active support from a multidisciplinary team. Our program is regularly reviewed and updated by current new graduates to ensure it meets the needs of our clinicians.
As a Physiotherapist, you will have opportunities to work across various settings, including paediatric and adult clinics, via telehealth, in schools, kindergartens, and community health centres. You will collaborate with OTs, Dietitians, Psychologists, Mental Health OTs, Exercise Physiologists, Physios, and Allied Health Assistants to achieve client goals.
We prioritise supervision, professional development, and team culture, creating a fun and supportive environment for our clinicians. You will also have access to internal professional development workshops and opportunities to design your own career pathway after completing the New Grad Program.
