Storeperson – Parts Department

Craig Burgess Motor Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Parts Department, based at Bowen Hills. This is a hands-on role supporting the Parts team with warehouse and stock-related duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
About the Role
As part of the Parts team, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and movement of parts while supporting internal departments and maintaining accurate stock control.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, check, and put away incoming parts and deliveries
* Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal departments and external customers
* Maintain accurate stock control, bin locations, and inventory records
* Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
* Manage returns, credits, and backorders as required
* Keep the parts store and warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with WHS requirements
* Support the Parts team with general warehouse and administrative tasks
* Provide a high level of internal customer service
About You
* Previous experience as a Storeperson (automotive experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow processes
* Basic computer skills (DMS or inventory systems experience advantageous)
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
