Key Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving a complex landscape of business-critical solutions, providing operational support to customers and helping to implement a digital transformation strategy. They will play a leading role in coordinating and delivering key activities and projects aimed at supporting finance and human resources systems.
Technical Requirements
* Education, training, or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in information technology and extensive experience and proven application and/or system administration expertise.
* Demonstrated technical expertise in the implementation, management, configuration, and monitoring of corporate systems.
* Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership within project teams or operational environments, including the ability to guide others, share expertise, and influence positive outcomes through collaboration and initiative.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to lead advanced troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex problems or propose solutions to complex problems.
* Proven ability to work with partners to identify client requirements, design and develop solutions to address business and technical requirements, as well as deploy and implement solutions using appropriate technologies.
* Strong organisational skills, including time-management and the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and produce high-quality work within tight time frames.
