The Opportunity:
It doesn't happen often that we have the wonderful opportunity of offering a talented Merchandise Manager to join our team. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and commercially savvy individual who is an expert at driving a category, and leading a successful and capable team.
You will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Equipment & Tyre Repair category.
Duties and responsibilities include:
4. Leadership of the category team
5. Strategy in relation to the category
6. Identifying market/product opportunities
7. Grow sales and profit, and achieve/exceed annual budget targets
8. Develop a competitive category pricing strategy
9. Delivery of supplier income targets
10. Range reviews
11. Development of strong internal and external relationships
