About The OpportunityAs a Sous Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef, you will lead our kitchen teams by example to deliver an exceptional food and dining experience for residents and guests (150 – 3000 people) in our remote villages.You should be experienced in managing kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include leading your team, managing rostering, ordering, budgeting, and ensuring high standards of HACCP and Food Safety.Positions are full-time, permanent, on a 14:7 roster with 10.5-hour days (two weeks on-site, one week off).
