Job Role
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our experienced kitchen team in Airlie Beach, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise time management and organisational skills.
* Bring a high level of proficiency in all areas of the kitchen.
* Be willing and able to work in all sections of the kitchen.
* Have a passion for creating delicious, expertly prepared, cooked, and presented food.
* Keep an organised kitchen and uphold a food safety program to assist in maintaining the kitchen, food, and hygiene standards.
* Demonstrate and advise with food preparation techniques and cooking procedures.
* Demonstrate the ability to preserve, freeze and store foods safely.
* Be a team player and work well within a team.
Qualifications
* Hold a qualification of an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same role.
* Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with a growth mindset to continually learn and improve.
* Thrive in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.
