Create Catering is restructuring and introducing three brand-new management positions at our flagship venue, the world-famous Penguin Parade Visitors Centre. This is your chance to take the lead in one of Victoria’s most iconic tourism destinations!
We are seeking passionate, hands-on leaders to join our team in the following full-time roles:
- Bar & FOH Manager
- Functions & Events Manager
About the Roles
As a member of our management team, you will:
- Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance, and safety.
- Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.
- Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Be a role model for excellence, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced hospitality leaders who are:
- Proven in leading teams in a hospitality, events, or tourism environment.
- Confident decision-makers with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Organised, resilient, and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)
- A valid RSA (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Safety & WHS knowledge highly regarded
