Oporto started in 1986 with one restaurant in Bondi. Since then we have grown to over 180 restaurants across Australia and internationally. Responsibilities
* Be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
* Deliver on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
* Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences.
* Use commercial acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while maintaining high standards and customer experience.
Requirements
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
* Ability to lead, inspire and support the crew to perform at their best every day.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
* Results driven with a passion for leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
