Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Officer to join our Enterprise Credit team at Bank of America. As a key member of the client team, you will be responsible for structuring, underwriting, and managing credit risk associated with banking products for large corporate and financial institutions clients.

Our Line of Business:
Enterprise Credit (EC) is a front-line function within the Global Banking and Markets organization. The EC team partners with relationship and product teams to drive revenue growth and manage risk in our credit portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structure, underwrite, negotiate, document, and manage credit risk for designated client portfolios.
2. Identify opportunities to responsibly grow the loan portfolio.
3. Mitigate losses in deteriorating credits through amendments and restructurings.
4. Lead internal discussions and complete credit approval memorandums summarizing transaction merits and risks.
5. Negotiate legal documentation related to loans and derivatives.
6. Interface with internal control partners and external regulators.
7. Train and mentor Credit Analysts and Associates.
Required Skills:
1. 7 years' experience in commercial and/or corporate lending environment.
2. Strong credit risk analysis and analytical skills.
3. Ability to lead diligence efforts, make approval recommendations, and execute timely closings.
4. Sound portfolio management and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as a team player.
