Flow Cytometry Sales Specialist Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced technical sales professional to join our team in a key sales and business development function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial success of life science research flow cytometry products in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales growth targets by aligning with company strategies and developing strong customer relationships
* Understanding and addressing technical and application needs of customers, matching those needs with the sale of appropriate equipment
* Developing and implementing a territory business plan with clear strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
* Achieving financial objectives through sales and market development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years proven experience in strategic sales within the flow cytometry market with direct engagement with key opinion leaders and influential figures in the scientific community
* Proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious goals and influence stakeholders
* A current driver's licence and ability to travel in ANZ and globally when required
* A Science degree (or equivalent) and practical flow cytometry experience
