Job Description
This is a highly rewarding role, offering a unique blend of challenge and variety. As an Autism Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to individuals, including personal care, medication administration, and integration into the local community.
The working pattern includes a rolling rota with early, late, sleep-in shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You must be able to commit to a 24/7 service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to people with autism
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
* Facilitate community integration through social activities and outings
* Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
