Job Title: Vocational Trainer
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in upskilling students and helping them progress in their careers. As a trainer, you will deliver short courses focusing on work-ready skills and digital literacy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocational training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
* Casual position - short courses - 5 day blocks.
About the Role:
* Must hold current TAE40116 certification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B.
* Minimum Cert III in Business, Business Administration, preferably with trainer experience in the BSB training package.
* Must be driven, supportive, and community-minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver work-ready skills and digital literacy training.
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas.
* Relevant qualifications and industry currency (please refer to your resume).
* Willingness to travel to multiple site locations.
