Powerhouse isseekinganorganised andcustomer-focused Facilities Administration Assistant to join our team.This administration-centred role is responsible for delivering efficient facilities support services while contributing to a positive workplace experience that reflects and represents the Powerhouse brand.
You will play a critical role in:
* Coordinating and undertaking purchasing and procurement activity, to support multiple sites and services
* Inputting data into asset management systems and records in compliance with Facilities Management systems, ensuring information is accurate, properly stored and accessible
* Preparing documentation and reports on asset performance with recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
* Attending meetings as required, including organisation, documentation, minute taking and action management
