Hours

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the TEC, providing professional and confidential responses to basic reception (front counter) and telephone enquiries.
- Undertake daily mail management.
- Utilise a range of systems and software to prepare, print, collate and send correspondence, publications and other documents related to electoral administration.
- Undertake allocated administrative and operational tasks that directly support the delivery of local government, parliamentary, statutory and non-statutory elections, including assisting with updating, proofing and maintaining election-related documentation and support materials for electoral events.
- Support the operation of call centre services during electoral events, including monitoring routine enquiry handling, relaying approved information updates to casual staff, and escalating matters as required.
- Undertake desktop research and sourcing of information to support TEC operations.
- Perform other band appropriate administrative duties as allocated by the Business Manager.
