We are currently seeking a part-time People Engagement and Compliance Officer to join our team based at Brightwater Central in Inglewood, on a permanent basis for 3 days per week.Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, Governance, this position is responsible for the creation and ongoing management of employee and Key Personnel master data, including the generation, distribution, and management of employment variations, and ensuring employee records are accurately maintained in accordance with contractual requirements. This role also undertakes quality compliance and assurance activities related to employee records and working rights in line with legislative and internal policy requirements.Key responsibilities include:Managing employment variations and maintaining the HRIS database for employee and key personnel records.Ensuring ongoing employee compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal policies, including professional registrations, National Police Clearance, and Visa checks.Providing customer support and advice to over 2,700 employees.As an engagement and compliance professional, you will have a keen interest in managing contractual and compliance requirements.
