Description
* Act as the primary liaison between the business and external marketing agency, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and strategic alignment.
* Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational marketing activities, from brief development through to implementation and review.
* Oversee brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
* Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives including social media content, paid social acquisition, and email marketing (eDMs).
* Support outbound marketing initiatives, including direct calls and lead engagement.
* Track marketing budget and timelines, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and data that inform marketing strategy and customer communications.
* Support outbound calling and hands-on lead generation.
Profile
You will have experience in both traditional marketing and social/digital engagement. Experience working in an agency or managing agency relationships will be highly beneficial for this role.
