We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Account Manager or Account Director to lead campaigns across a number of exciting client portfolios, shaping the future of the agency and your own career in the process.
What you'll do?
* Cultivate relationships: You'll develop deep relationships with media, influencers, your team and clients, becoming a trusted advisor on how to drive maximum results.
* Innovate & Integrate: You'll amplify creative ideas into innovative, integrated and effective communication strategies spanning publicity, social, influencer, and content creation. You'll collaborate seamlessly with our Snr and specialist teams to turn these strategies into results.
* Drive Growth & Results: You'll be accountable for the performance of campaigns in your client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable impact that moves the needle.
* Champion Excellence & Best Practice: You'll uphold Poem's high standards for excellence and client service, always striving to raise the bar and deliver best-in-class work. You'll contribute to agency best practices and account management processes.
What you'll bring?
* A proven track record of success in implementing campaigns and driving results for clients within a creative communications agency, with experience across consumer technology brands, integrated disciplines, delegating tasks, providing counsel and managing both up and down across teams.
* A deep understanding of the communications landscape (publicity, social, influencer, and content) and a passion for staying ahead of culture and industry trends.
* Exceptional editorial media, social media and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly amongst both internal teams and clients, navigate complex situations, and solve problems effectively.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently present to senior clients.
* A collaborative spirit, a genuine desire to work as a team, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
