Role Summary
An exciting chance is available for a passionate and style‐driven Assistant Boutique Leader to join the Rundle Mall boutique. This role is perfect for an experienced retail leader ready to step into a fast‐paced environment where customer connection, styling, and team culture are at the centre of the experience. Working closely with boutique leadership, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting team development, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers an engaging and premium customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Support the leadership team in driving boutique sales, conversion, ATV, IPS and customer loyalty results.
* Deliver elevated styling experiences and genuine customer connection on the shop floor.
* Coach and motivate team members to achieve strong individual and store performance.
* Assist with rostering, wage management, and day‐to‐day boutique operations.
* Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
* Support stock management, operational processes and loss prevention procedures.
* Analyse store performance and contribute ideas to improve results and customer experience.
* Help foster a positive, cooperative and fashion‐focused team culture.
Qualifications
* Previous leadership experience within fashion retail, ideally at Assistant Manager or senior sales level.
* A strong sales mindset with confidence driving KPI performance.
* Passion for styling and delivering memorable customer experiences.
* Ability to support, motivate and develop a retail team.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
* Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‐paced retail workplace.
* High attention to detail and operational awareness.
