The role supports executive decision making through timely assessment, reporting and analysis of incidents, trends and outcomes. It also contributes to quality assurance, process improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support safe, consistent and effective practice.**In this role, you will**1. Manage the client incident management system and related reporting processes2. Provide clear advice and analysis to support executive oversight3. Track significant incidents, court proceedings and related impacts4. Contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement activities**To be successful**You will be a capable and organised professional who is comfortable working with confidential material and high impact information. You can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, briefings and advice for a range of audiences.
