As a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls to restaurant owners/managers. Your goal is to book qualified meetings for our business development managers based on ideal customer profile criteria.
About the Role
* Make high-volume outbound calls to restaurant owners/managers every day to introduce EatClub's value proposition and drive sales growth.
* Utilize CRM software (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track activity, and update prospect information in real-time.
* Collaborate with business development managers to prioritize target accounts and conversion strategies, ensuring strong pipelines and maximizing sales potential.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or telesales, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
* A natural communicator who can effectively capture interest and communicate EatClub's value proposition within 10 seconds.
* Proven record of booking meetings and achieving/exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
