Someone who loves being hands‐on, thrives in a fast‐paced smaller store and can confidently lead a team of 15+, with safety front of mind. You'll work shoulder‐to‐shoulder with a performing crew, support loyal customers who know what they need, and be guided, supported and mentored by an experienced Store Manager.

As An Assistant Store Manager, You're Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have
Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto. Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
