Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to assist family law practitioners, including typing, answering phones, and preparing court documents. Whilst experience in family law is preferable, a general litigation background is also appropriate.
The position being offered is a full-time role, but 4 days per week would also be considered.
Remuneration commensurate on skills and experience.
Duties
* Clerical receptionist tasks such as filing, typing and photocopying.
* Greeting clients and dealing with face-to-face client enquiries.
* Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, making appointments, and liaising with clients by telephone as required.
* Diary and calendar management.
* Preparing letters, emails, Court documents and other documents.
About you
Some key attributes we are seeking are:
* Experience in an administrative role within an office environment including data entry, reception phones, and Microsoft Office (experience in a law firm is highly desired, but not essential).
* The ability to manage multiple tasks including exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Touch typing and word processing skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* The ability to work autonomously and within a small, efficient team.
