Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be part of a small test team, working across cutting-edge technologies such as Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms and digital application portal. The role requires adaptability, excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
The Test Analyst will coordinate and liaise with developers, business analysts and subject matter experts from various departments. They will create detailed test cases, manage defect triage processes and design, execute and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
The role also involves reviewing and analysing project requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans. Additionally, the candidate will identify, document and track defects in the defect management system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have proven experience testing COTS products, demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and strong skills in analysing requirements, planning and executing tests.
They should also possess ISTQB Foundation certification, familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA or DevOps and knowledge of test automation techniques and tools.
