This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, values-driven organisation supporting over 500 sites across Australia, New Zealand, and China.As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll take ownership of infrastructure operations, ensuring performance, security, and availability across a large-scale hybrid environment.What You'll Be DoingManaging, supporting, and improving core Microsoft infrastructure, including M365, Azure AD, Intune, AVD, and Windows Server (2016–2022).Maintaining and enhancing virtualisation platforms (VMware) and backup/storage environments (Commvault, SAN).Leading patching, security, IAM, IGA, and PAM initiatives across the business.Contributing to technical solution design and high-level documentation.Supporting enterprise infrastructure projects and delivering to SLAs.Mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise across the team.What We're Looking For5+ years in enterprise infrastructure roles across Microsoft environments.Proven experience with:VMwareCommvaultBackup and SAN storage technologiesSecurity and patch management systemsIAM/IGA/PAM toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to translate complex tech into business language.Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g.
