As a Practice Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care across all age groups, supporting both preventive and ongoing health management.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Current AHPRA registration is required at the time of application.
Immunisation certification must be maintained.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months practice nursing experience.
We have hybrid opportunities for nursing staff to work between Ellenbrook, Kiara and Morley.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Provide essential healthcare services, including vaccinations, wound care, care plans, health assessments, and medication support.
Work alongside doctors to ensure patients receive the best care within Medicare guidelines.
Maintain medical equipment and supplies to support clinical operations.
Education and Training: Assist in onboarding and training new nurses, sharing best practices to enhance team knowledge.
Contribute to a culture of learning and professional growth.
Record-Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment documentation and supply inventory.
Follow all safety regulations and clinical guidelines to ensure best practices are upheld.
