The Self Styler is looking for a
Full-Time Warehouse Assistant
to join our friendly and growing team. This is a full time role based in our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. If you're self-motivated, love staying organised, and can bring a positive attitude while getting things done with care and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you! This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow within the e-commerce fashion industry.
Your Day-to-Day
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive stock and assist with stocktaking and inventory control
Complete product info sheets and take garment measurements
Step in to support our Customer Service team when needed. Help with emails, returns, or order queries
Process customer returns promptly and accurately
Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Assist with general office duties and support other team members where needed
Has great attention to detail and enjoys staying organised
Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is happy to help wherever needed
Is reliable, punctual, and has their own transport
Has moderate computer skills (Shopify and Starshipit experience is a bonus but not essential)
Can solve problems, take initiative and work independently when required
Is comfortable with some heavy lifting and hands-on tasks
Ideally has warehouse or retail experience, especially in fashion
