genU Training is looking for a bright and organised Training Coordinator to join our Geelong office.
You'll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Coordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completion
Support trainers with scheduling, resources and student progress
Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students
Use systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS)
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partners

Qualifications
TAE: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – (will be guided through)
