Clinical Leadership Opportunity
As a Clinical Leader in our mental health service, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical services and leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
* You will ensure that our services are evidence-based and focused on recovery, upholding standards of clinical practice and contributing to policies and procedures.
* Providing leadership and supervision experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in clinical governance, mentoring, and collaboration with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists; or tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers; or Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health for Welfare Officers.
* High-level clinical and consultancy skills with post-graduation experience in mental health services.
* The ability to think critically, solve problems, and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously.
