We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement strategies, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, and developing communication campaigns to promote company culture and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and community events.
* Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and provide actionable insights.
* Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.
* Maintain records of all engagement programs and participation metrics.
* Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
* Support onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.
* Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
* Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
* Support CSR and community-building initiatives.
* Prepare reports on engagement metrics and present findings.
* Employee grievance management.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Event planning and project management skills are a plus.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
* Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for people engagement.
