Our app makes paying any bill as quick and easy as buying a coffee, and more than 170,000 Australians trust us to handle their payments. With partners including American Express, BPAY, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin Australia Business Flyer, we’re on a mission to make bill payments simple, secure, and seamless.
As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Brisbane-based Customer Service team and looking for someone exceptional to join us in our vibrant South Brisbane office.
About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email
* Provide professional, empathetic solutions across a wide range of customer needs
* Maintain accurate customer records and reporting data
* Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
* Conduct ongoing call campaigns to current and prospective customers
* Contribute to continuous improvement by following and suggesting process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
* A confident communicator with strong attention to detail
* A natural problem-solver who approaches challenges with positivity and resourcefulness
* Fluent in English, with Mandarin language skills highly regarded (preferred but not essential)
Previous customer service experience is a bonus - but attitude, drive, and willingness to learn matter most.
