Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
* Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of contingent workforce services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity, including requisition management and supplier performance metrics.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Certifications in recruitment or HR are highly desirable.
