Job Title
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview preparation, and panel coordination. They will also maintain accurate and compliant employee records through effective use of HRIS and associated systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the interview process for vacant positions
* Oversee and provide guidance to staff on merit selection processes
* Maintenance of staff files utilising Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
* Coordinating panel members, scheduling and monitoring administrative requirements for interviews
