Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for water and infrastructure projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation
* Lead cost reviews, benchmarking, and value activities
* Support tender submissions, feasibility studies, and business cases
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and commercial teams
About You
* Extensive estimating experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction
* Strong understanding of cost drivers, market rates, and risk allocation
* Proficiency with estimating software and cost databases
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
