About the Role
Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences
Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
Desire, passion, and drive to push hospitality knowledge to the next level
Initiative and the ability to work both independently and supervise a small team
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary
3 years barista experience
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
