You'll be at the forefront of driving performance and excellence, using your expertise to guide and mentor a skilled team while coordinating field service operations to meet customer and business needs.

We are looking for someone who:
1. Brings more than just trade qualifications – you're an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Field Service Technician with leadership potential.
2. Knows how to plan ahead – you're confident in coordinating and dispatching tasks, using your initiative to stay one step ahead.
3. Is the go-to technical expert – your deep understanding of our equipment makes you the team's trusted resource for fault finding and product knowledge.
4. Performs under pressure – you thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering quality work even to tight deadlines.
5. Communicates exceptionally well – you're skilled at building strong relationships across the business and with our customers.
6. Is tech-savvy – you're comfortable using MS Office and have experience with Dealer Management and CRM systems.
7. Leads by example – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in on-site to support the team and get the job done.
8. Has at least 12 months of field service experience – ideally with construction equipment and hydraulic systems.
