About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Furniture Delivery & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This physically engaging role combines customer delivery, warehouse support, furniture assembly, and inventory management. Saturday shifts are a regular part of the roster and occasional additional hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload and inspect weekly deliveries from Perth, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Deliver furniture to customers with care and professionalism
* Assemble furniture accurately and safely
* Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse/storeroom
* Safely lift, move, and arrange furniture using appropriate equipment
* Assist with in-store merchandising and general warehouse tasks
* Work closely with the team to uphold service standards and WHS compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Current C Class Driver's License with a good driving record
* Experience driving small trucks or larger vehicles
* Experience in delivery or logistics
* Good physical fitness and understanding of manual handling procedures
* Basic knowledge of tools is a plus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Long-term commitment to the role
* Reliable and professional
* Able to provide a National Police Clearance
