About The Role
We are seeking Medical Administrators to join our Townsville team on a full time basis. The roles are offered on a rotating roster with shifts varying between the hours of 6am to 10pm, and occasional weekend work required. These positions has become available due to growth. The team in Townsville are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
About You
* Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
* Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
* Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
* Professional personal presentation
