About the role
* Managing subcontractor packages, letting and administration
* Progress claims, variations, and cost tracking
* Preparing notices including EOTs and delay claims
* Supporting project commercial reviews and identifying risks
* Working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive outcomes
* Maintaining strong contract compliance and financial control
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar commercial role within construction or infrastructure
* Strong understanding of contract administration, variations, and project cost control
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across projects
* Confident working with systems, processes, and project reporting tools
* Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or similar (preferred)
