What You'll Be Doing
* Helping clients live their best lives through evidence‐based therapy and tailored interventions.
* Conducting assessments and developing personalised therapy plans across the NDIS, HCP, and DVA sectors.
* Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other health professionals to provide holistic support.
* Keeping accurate and compliant documentation (we know, not the most exciting part—but it's important!).
* Contributing to service innovation and helping us grow!
What We're Looking For
* A fun and driven OT – You're passionate about making a difference and love working with people.
* Occupational Therapy Degree – You have completed your Occupational Therapy Degree.
* AHPRA‐Registered Pro – You have (or are eligible for) your Occupational Therapy registration.
* Great Communicator – You can build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Organised & Self‐Motivated – You can manage your own caseload while keeping service quality top‐note.
* Experience with NDIS, HCP or DVA? Even better! But if not, we'll support you in learning the ropes.
