Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Willagee, working with me in my own home and sharing adventures.
The successful candidate will be a wonderful team player, fun, friendly and sociable, with an eye for detail and interested in learning new skills and having new experiences.
You will be good with organisational and planning skills, able to think outside of the box to solve problems, and a firm believer that all people have rights to belong as equal members of the community.
We can offer you beginning as a casual with set shifts, the option to become Permanent Part time through shared management, investment in developing your skills and understanding of my needs, a team facilitator and family who will guide you as you learn and provide space for reflection, and a safe and friendly work environment.
Please note, you will need to have an NDIS worker screening before commencement, an unrestricted driver's license, senior first aid certificate within the first 2 months of employment, Covid vaccination/booster and current flu vaccination.
