Accountant (Part-Time – CPA Required)
Central Victoria | Growing Manufacturing Company | Flexible Hours | Remote Options
We are a fast-growing manufacturing business based in Central Victoria, supplying high-quality products to customers across the globe. Due to strong expansion, we are seeking a part-time Accountant (16–20 hours per week) to support our finance team.
This role is ideal for someone seeking school-friendly hours, flexibility, and the option to work remotely. We will structure the hours to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the CFO with day-to-day financial operations
* Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
* Prepare and lodge BAS for multiple entities
* Maintain and improve financial processes, controls and systems
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making
* Ensure timely and accurate journal entries and reconciliations
* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
* Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our USA Business Manager
* Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as required
About You
* CPA or CA qualification is essential
* 3–5 years+ accounting experience
* Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Collaborative, reliable and committed to maintaining confidentiality
* Experience with overseas accounting practices (advantageous but not required)
