Senior ICT Operations Manager/ Service Desk Coordinator (Onsite) 1. Lead, mentor, and supervise IT customer support staff, allocating work, providing technical guidance, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture 2. Oversee Service Desk operations, ensuring incidents and requests are logged, prioritised, resolved, or escalated in line with SLAs 3. Coordinate desktop and fleet device support, including lifecycle management, maintenance, and asset tracking 4. Ensure the operational performance of Smart City and IoT systems, coordinating vendors and optimising system value 5. Maintain ICT service management documentation, operating procedures, and asset records in compliance with agreed standards 6. Provide level 2 service desk support and manage escalations of incidents to technical staff 7. Team management, including dispute resolution and psychosocial hazard management 8. A demonstrated background in ICT services roles; e.g. service delivery, network/system administration or software development 9.Australian PR/Citizen 10.Full time onsite in Moruya,NSW
