We are in need of permanent part-time Direct Support Workers in Townsville and surrounding areas. As a Direct Support Worker, you’ll be an integral part of the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds. You will assist with: Providing support on matters of personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and more Administering medications Transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry or meal preparation Community engagement, such as attending doctors appointments, grocery shopping or other social or recreational activities of their choice We are looking for support workers that have availability for Sleepovers and open availability.
