We're looking for a motivated Junior Property Assistant to support both our Sales and Leasing teams. This is an entry-level role — no prior real estate experience required — but it does require a strong work ethic, common sense, and a willingness to learn. You must be willing to obtain (or already hold) a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (Assistant Agent).
This role suits someone who wants a long-term career in real estate, not just a job.
The Role
You'll be exposed to both sides of the business, including:
* Leasing Support
o Assisting with rental listings and advertising
o Conducting and assisting with open homes
o Processing applications
o Liaising with tenants and landlords
o General leasing administration
o Assisting sales agents with listings
o Buyer enquiry follow-ups
* You'll be trained on the job and supported by an experienced team.
About You
* Professional, reliable, and well-presented
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Organised and able to follow instructions
* Comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face and on the phone
* Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Willing to obtain (or already hold) a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (Assistant Agent)
* No experience is required — attitude matters more than a resume.
