Account Manager – International role overview: you’ll be at the forefront of scaling their export strategy, shaping new markets, deepening partnerships, and driving commercial success.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing plans to drive the expansion of the company's export activities
Managing and growing existing international distributor relationships while identifying potential new distributors
Managing direct retailer agreements with retailers and distributors based internationally to ensure profitable outcomes
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities, and perform a critical assessment of the businesses' international competitive landscape
Coordinate with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely fulfilment and delivery of products
Manage the international export forecast and overall P&L;, both internally and externally, to identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets
Experience Required
FMCG experience is a must
Strong commercial capabilities - both financial and data analyses
Ideally you have managed export markets (advantage, not a must have)
Experience managing distributors (either locally or internally)
Make your mark in a high-growth category
