About The Role We're looking for a Scheduling & Rostering Team Leader to guide and support a team of dedicated Schedule and Rostering Coordinators.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders to ensure our scheduling and rostering operations are flexible, efficient, and focused on delivering exceptional, client-centred outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Bundoora office.
You will work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster with shifts between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Scheduling and Rostering Coordinators to meet performance targets and optimise service delivery Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and provide coaching to build a high-performing team Empower staff through delegation, accountability, and support on complex scheduling issues Collaborate with stakeholders to align resourcing with client needs and funding requirements Ensure timely communication of schedule changes and proactively resolve scheduling gaps Recruit, onboard, and manage staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement through feedback, process enhancements, and system expertise Promote professional development and succession planning within the team About You Certificate IV in Leadership/Management or previous experience in a similar role Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive situations that are crucial to service delivery Demonstrated understanding of customer expectations and needs from a scheduling/rostering perspective Ability to build trust and sound professional relationships that encourage a healthy working environment Experience in developing and managing a high performing team within a complex and changing environment Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Competent use of Microsoft Office applications, rostering and scheduling systems Our Benefits$15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance A work culture that values you and invests in your career.
