Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of IT, as the IT Support Engineer your role within the team is to maintain and enhance the IT environment, including providing support the ERP platform. This role would ideally suit an IT graduate with 1-3 years' experience that is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your skills and advance your career.
The primary tasks aligned to this role will include:
* Provide Level 1 / 2 support to the end user community of around 85 seats.
* Monitoring physical and virtual infrastructure for potential issues.
* Perform hardware upgrades and new equipment roll outs, including phones and operational technologies.
* Administer network security including firewalls, virus protection, data loss prevention (PLP), web filters and gateways.
* Perform software, firmware and application upgrades periodically.
* Oversee relationships with external suppliers to ensure that service levels are satisfactory and in line with expectations.
About You
You have completed your IT degree and have 1-3 years of work experience in the IT field. You are now looking for an opportunity to join an employer that will help you learn, develop and advance your career.

* You are able to think 'outside the box' and solve problems in a structured and consultative way.
You bring sound technical knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Windows servers, Azure AD, Azure virtual desktop, SQL Server, Sharepoint & O365.
* You have 'hands on' exposure to the Microsoft suite of products and ERP experience.
